The Referral Programme is available to people who have previously taken part in a paid Make The Damn Video Monthly Challenge.

This is intentional. I want referrals to come from people who have actually experienced an MTDV Monthly Challenge and can genuinely recommend it based on their own experience.

Participation in the Referral Programme is not automatic and may be refused, suspended or removed where necessary.

You’ll receive a unique referral link or referral code that you can share with people you genuinely think would benefit from an MTDV Monthly Challenge.

For a referral to qualify:

• the person you refer must be new to the MTDV Monthly Challenge and must never have previously purchased or participated in a paid MTDV Monthly Challenge or Seasonal Challenge;

• they must use your unique referral link or referral code when making their purchase;

• their payment must be successfully completed; and

• the transaction must not later be refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back.

Someone does not need to be completely new to Make The Damn Video to qualify. They may, for example, have previously taken part in the free 30-Day Challenge or be part of the MTDV community. What matters is that this is their first paid MTDV Monthly Challenge.

A person can only qualify as a referral once.

If someone you referred goes on to purchase future MTDV Monthly Challenges, those purchases do not generate additional referral rewards.

If a purchase cannot be reliably attributed to your referral link or code, it may not qualify for a referral reward.

Referral credit cannot normally be added retrospectively where someone forgot to use the referral link or code when purchasing.

For each qualifying person you refer, you’ll receive a one-time £5 referral reward when they purchase their first MTDV Monthly Challenge.

The person you refer will receive £5 off their first MTDV Monthly Challenge when purchasing through your referral link or using your referral code.

Both the £5 referral reward and £5 discount apply only to that person's first MTDV Monthly Challenge purchase.

No further referral rewards or referral discounts are earned if that person participates in future Monthly Challenges.

Referral reward and discount amounts may change in the future. The amounts offered at the time the qualifying purchase is made will apply to that referral.

Referral rewards are only earned once the referred purchase has been confirmed as a qualifying referral.

Payments may be held for a reasonable period to account for refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks or suspected misuse of the Referral Programme.

Qualifying referral rewards will be paid within 14 days of enrolment closing for the relevant MTDV Monthly Challenge.

Payments will be made in GBP (£) by PayPal or bank transfer. You may be asked to provide the payment details required to receive your referral reward.

Any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, PayPal fees, international transfer fees, receiving fees or other charges applied by your bank, PayPal or another payment provider are your responsibility and may reduce the amount you ultimately receive.

Make The Damn Video is not responsible for fees, charges or currency conversion rates applied by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Make The Damn Video will not be responsible for delayed or unsuccessful payments resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by you.

You are also responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from referral income you receive.

You’re welcome to share your referral link with your audience, friends, community or people you genuinely believe would benefit from an MTDV Monthly Challenge.

Please make it clear when sharing your referral link that you may receive a referral payment if someone purchases through it.

You must not:

• send unsolicited or spam messages;

• make false or misleading claims about MTDV or the Monthly Challenge;

• pretend to represent Make The Damn Video;

• create fake accounts, purchases or referrals;

• refer yourself;

• use your referral discount to purchase on somebody else's behalf;

• misrepresent your relationship with MTDV; or

• use the Referral Programme in any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful way.

Please describe your own experience honestly. You are not required to make exaggerated claims or promise anybody particular results.

Unless you have written permission from Make The Damn Video, referral links must not be promoted through paid advertising, search advertising, misleading websites or domains, or advertisements designed to appear as though they are official Make The Damn Video advertising.

You may promote your referral link through your own genuine content, website, email list or social media channels, provided your promotion complies with applicable advertising, privacy and marketing laws.

If a referred participant receives a refund, successfully disputes their payment, initiates a successful chargeback, or their payment is otherwise reversed, that referral will no longer qualify for a referral reward.

If the referral reward has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future referral payments where appropriate.

The Referral Programme is intended to reward genuine word-of-mouth recommendations from people who have experienced an MTDV Monthly Challenge themselves.

Make The Damn Video reserves the right to investigate unusual referral activity and refuse or cancel referral rewards where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, abuse or activity that goes against the purpose of the Referral Programme.

Attempts to create duplicate accounts, manipulate referral tracking or otherwise artificially generate qualifying referrals may result in removal from the Referral Programme and cancellation of affected referral rewards.

Taking part in the Referral Programme does not make you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Make The Damn Video.

You are an independent participant choosing to recommend something you have personally experienced.

You do not have authority to make commitments, promises or agreements on behalf of Make The Damn Video.

The Referral Programme may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time.

This may include changes to:

• referral reward amounts;

• customer discounts;

• eligibility requirements;

• qualifying offers;

• payment arrangements; or

• these terms.

Changes will not normally remove referral rewards that have already been validly earned before the change takes effect.

Participation may be suspended or ended where these terms are breached, the Referral Programme is misused, or continued participation could reasonably harm Make The Damn Video, its customers or its reputation.

Where participation is ended because of fraud, abuse or a serious breach of these terms, unpaid referral rewards connected with that activity may be cancelled.

Joining the Referral Programme does not guarantee that you will earn referral income.

Referral rewards depend on people choosing to purchase their first MTDV Monthly Challenge through your referral link or code and that purchase meeting the requirements set out in these terms.

You are responsible for making sure your promotion of the Referral Programme complies with the laws and advertising rules that apply to you.

This includes clearly disclosing when you may receive money as a result of somebody purchasing through your referral link.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to the Referral Programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
